I applied on the H&M website and it processed a week or more to get a phone and an interview email. I went to the head office of H&M, there will be someone greets you when you out of the lift. The batch I participated in was six people. We were given a part of ribbon and put on your body then all of us led to the another room. We had several activities,first was introduce the one next to you in 30sec, second, the interviewer asked us how much do we know about H&M. You don't need to be scared, just say something you know.(But definitely do some research on the company before you go to the interview) Third was group discussion, we were given a laminating paper which has plenty of scenarios on it. We asked to choose the random questions one by one, discuss and present the final answer one by one. (Those scenarios were not too difficult but make sure you join the entire discussion and concerned about everyone's opinion) The last one was the big activity, we were told to coordinate the assumed store. There were a table and some rails, and also have to play some scenarios that may happen in the store. The interview took nearly an hour. Make sure you eat breakfast before you go one. After the entire interview, the first person in front of the lift would ask your availability and some details that they need you to provide. I got the job offer after a week later.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.
