It's very easy. They take you to the food court and ask you a few questions and then that's it. Usually they know if they want you. Dress in H&M and show them that you love their clothes, you don't have to dress professional. Talk about how you are a leader and you take initiative.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
