The first step of the process was to send in an application online. Cover letter, CV + grades from uni and high school. Once passed this step, I did three tests online, numerical, logial and sorting sort of test. Passed this and then followed by a 30 min phone interview. Once passed, I was invited to a 5 hour assessment day at the HQ office in Stockholm. Three different interviews with HR, a current controller and one part with "case-studies". Once passed here I did to two larger personality test, later on evaluated togerher with an external (not H&M emoployee) HR/ psykologist. Once evaluated and also passed , I was invited to the final interview with in my case, two managers.

What advice would you give the CEO if you met in the elevator?
Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
Application ~ Assessment which I did well in but got no interview invite despite this. I think it’s unfortunate we spend lots of time to prepare for an assessment when we don’t get considered despite doing well and meeting all requirements
First you had to do logical and personality testing through AON.
Second a HR interview with a focus on your past experiences.
Then if you pass this you go through to the next stage meeting business controllers and doing one more personality interview and a case interview.
