I sent my CV and after a month they called me for a skype interview. After a day, If I remember correctly, they send me an email saying that I had to do another ,face to face ,interview .
(The 2nd interview was with another 6 people.) And after the 2nd interview the called after 3 days to confirm that I have been successful with the H&M assessment center and they would like to offer me a job ;)

2nd interview: FACE TO FACE
it was really different than the first one.
it was like a workshop someone was the customer with a different problem each time and we had to find a solution firstly individually and then as a team.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
