It was pretty straightforward. First round is a phone-screen with a Recruiter. Second round is an interview with the hiring manager, and includes an Excel test. If you pass the 2nd round, you have a panel interview with the Director and Senior Manager. After which they'll make a final decision. Each interviewer was personable and their questions weren't too overwhelming. I ended up declining their offer because I accepted one with a different employer. The hiring manager strongly encouraged me to consider exploring full-time opportunities with them in the future.
