Brought in by a contract recruiter. Talked to two product managers. Both asked questions about how I would solve specific issues their software had faced in the past. For a product management position, they wanted a lot of technical detail. Their product managers seem to almost design their software. The second interviewer was extremely cagey as to how the role functions and refused to answer questions about how priority conflicts were resolved. The evasiveness lead to me think the place is chaotic and has major issues in the product management department as thus I told the recruiter I was not interested.

I had interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, business partners and an in person interview.
The interview team was pleasant and seemed high performing, and the questions were exactly what you'd expect for a PM role. However, after the final interview, I never heard back, even after following up. While the role wasn't a perfect fit, I was dissapointed by the unprofessional and discourteous lack of follow-up.

Process was smooth but dragged for around 60 days.
1. 2 tA calls - very basic questions
2. Round with director of product in dublin.
3. Round with engineering manager
4. Round with lead product manager.
5. Round with MD Guidewire india.
All rounds were somewhat straight forward and the hr was polite to give results the next day, salary negotiations were not smooth.

I did an initial screening with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring director, another interview with the hiring director and an engagement manager, another interview with another engagement manager... and then I heard nothing back.
Absolutely nothing.
This is a company that ghosts people.
