There was an initial phone interview, then I did not hear back from them. The interviewer was nice and asked several typical interview questions. They won't make you feel uncomfortable.

After a week of follow-up communications, I received a standard response from the hiring team indicating they had selected another candidate whose qualifications aligned more closely with their current requirements. The absence of constructive feedback, consolidated performance metrics throughout the interview stages, and a clear rationale for the decision-making process rendered the outcome both unprofessional and disappointing.
