I was referred by a former colleague. In general a great experience except for the fact that by default they like scheduling 3 1-hour meeting the same day. That's a challenge for roles who usually are back to back in meetings. Additionally the explanation about the rejection were mainly things that were known before hand .e.g. you like wearing multiple hats and here roles are more restricted.

3 weeks after I applied for the BA position, a recruiter named Terry Jordan reached out to me to request for a phone interview. He asked me to provide some availability for next few days. After I provided him the list of my availability, I never heard back from him. It was just very unprofessional
