Initial 30 minute phone screen. 1 hour In person interview with potential managers and current reps. Mostly conversational, and both sides should be feeling out whether or not there is a fit. Plenty of room for questions, and they know what they are talking about, so don't be afraid to ask something more difficult. I got interviewed by two managers and they kind of did a "good cop, bad cop" routine where one was more serious and one was more friendly. Both were professional and never asked any inappropriate questions. They also gave you plenty of room to have a conversation and explain your answers to questions rather than just moving on to the next ones quickly.
