I applied online at jobs.groupon.com. HR called and emailed me about setting up a phone interview. Phone interview was scheduled with a department manager. After interview I was told I would hear something within the next 10-14 days. After 10 days HR called to extend the job offer. Offer was then emailed to me along with a standard non--compete agreement. Had to sign both and fax back to HR.
