2 rounds interview + 2 test
-1st: 15 minutes with a recruiter who doesn't tell you anything about the position. You have to do a typing test and she will send you a writing exercise to do in 45 minutes.
- 2nd: If you pass the typing test and the writing exercise you have the second interview with a panel of 3-4 people from the team. They will ask you about your background and questions to know how you react in some situations. They didn't tell me anything about the position or my writing exercise and some of them didn't know how to answer my questions about the position or the company. And what is worse they were 25 minutes late.
The recruiter told me that I would have a feedback on my application, she never did it. And even if I sent her 2 emails to know about the recruitment process, she ghosted me, so I must say that this company is very unprofessional and disrespecful with the applicants.

Entretien
It was an inicial interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was 10 minutes late for the meeting, then asked general career questions. The talk was somewhat unprofessional as I felt like the recruiter talked a lot about company matters not related to the position I applied for. Then I was ghosted.

El proceso de selección duró mas o menos 1 semana. Consistió en una primera entrevista telefónica con recursos humanos, luego un test técnico, para validar las habilidades de redacción y por último la entrevista con el manager.

The two-step interview was quite easy: the first call with HR was more informative and concerned the practical aspects of the job offer, the second step was an interview with the team manager (so I guess it depends on who you are taking the interview with), who made me feel very comfortable
