I had my first phone interview with a Recruiting Coordinator. It went very well but she told me straight off the bat that the position I was interested in had already been filled. She then suggested that I consider a sales position instead. I was hesitant, but agreed to then talk to a Sales Manager. In that phone call, it also went well - he answered many questions that I had about the position, and I expressed concern that it was not quite what I thought I would be interested in. At the end of the call, he asked me to come for an in-person interview. The in-office interview went well. They gave me a tour of the office and it seemed like a fun, young work environment. I had two interviews. The first with another Sales Manager and someone in the current position I was interviewing for. The Sales Manager answered, "totally" to every single response I had. She didn't seem extremely engaged or personable at all. They did answer some of my questions. The second interview was with another Sales Manager who was much more personable and seemed like he was paying attention to all my responses and questions.
