Communication and setup done through a recruiter, call was on time, however with the wrong person interviewing for the wrong position. I went through the process anyway, talking about backend work and then had another appointment set up for the correct person and position. The second interview was again with the wrong person, and they had seemingly grabbed someone at random to do the interview. The person was easier to talk to and it went very well talking about the correct position, front end work, and contributions. I was told they'd be getting back to me shortly and I would likely have an in person interview soon. Two days later I was told I didn't get the job.
