Sent resume through an employee referral link. Had a phone interview maybe a week later. Phone interview went very well. Went in for a face to face interview at 4:30pm a week later. Met with my recruiter and had one face to face interview that went well. Sat with an employee to listen to calls for about 10mins then had another face to face interview. That interview was ok. Wasn't as fun as the first one. I kinda felt I may not have gotten the job based off the vibe the second interviewer was giving me. A week later got the "we decided not to move forward email. I think I would've gotten the job if I would've had just one interview with the first interviewer.
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
