Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we really appreciate it and we're sorry that you experienced delays during the interview process as we appreciate how frustrating this can be. Although occasional disruptions are sometimes unavoidable in a fast-paced agency environment, particularly when urgent client matters arise, this is not the experience we want our candidates to have.
We also appreciate you bringing to our attention the issues with locating the office and the difficulties with the phone line. We are taking steps to ensure these are addressed and fixed, so future candidates don’t face the same challenges.
