I applied online and was asked about 24 hours later to come in for an interview. I was offered two times on one day and was told there wasn't time for any flexibility on the dates (despite the fact I work full time). I arrived at the interview, and for a client facing company, thought the office was very dirty and cold! I was interviewed by two pleasant, but unprofessional employees, who spent more time gossiping between themselves about office politics instead of asking any interview questions. One had also not read my CV. The interviewers seemed very disinterested in finding out about my experience or fit for the company.
As a result, I felt that Grayling had wasted my time, bringing me in to interview with such urgency, but failing to practice interview techniques or prepare questions properly. This feeling is perpetuated by the fact that some four months later I have still not heard back about the outcome or received a single response to my emails.
