There are a two to three phone interviews. After you pass the phone interview there is a in personal interview with panel. Depending on if you're working remotely or working at one of the main offices your experience may vary. Overall it is not a bad experience. The panel talk can be a little intimidating but really they are looking how well you can get a long and walk them through scenarios.

First I had online assessments. I would say some are tough!! Had a direct face to face interview afterwards. Absolutely good people & very friendly. Whole interview was very pleasant & no pressure because you feel comfortable with the people. Looks like they sort of understand the person & ask questions according to that. Shame I did not get the right offer.
