The interview experience was a total thumbs down. The company seems to take pleasure in randomly reaching out to people to apply for an automotive technician position and then immediately turning around and rejecting them. Someone in their HR department (or maybe all of them) could benefit from some sensitivity and common decency training. It was totally abysmal and I won't even go to Goodyear as a customer now after being dehumanized in this farcical manner.

The petty self-paced interview consisted of a few written questions about knowledge of particular automotive systems. There was no way to elaborate on one's experience, and it was an extremely poor way to evaluate one's suitability for the position, in my opinion.

i got a text about interviewing, scheduled online, and had the interview a couple days later. the interview itself was very very very laidback and in a small cramped office, they also only wanted me basically if i could work saturdays which is the only day that im busy during the day, and you have to bring / buy your own tools, which i have

ask basic questions, drive, and ambitions. why do you think you are best for the job. why do you think you are good. how many days do you want to work at the company. and etc.
