A 2 hour long interview to test basic troubleshooting skills and evauluate the applicants skill level. They look at parts identification, ability to read prints, and application of knowledge in a practical setting.

If a conveyor failed to start what would be your troubleshooting process.
It was a pretty easy process. They just asked me about myself and then tested me on my knowledge within maintenance. I ended up going somewhere else. Didn’t feel like working for “the man”.
