Entretien
The interview process thus far has been several interviews in which several people interviewed me. Interviewing for companies generally involves 1 or more interviews with 1 or more people; over the phone, in person, via video conference call, and generally lasts 10 minutes (for initial interest call) to about an hour. It is important to set aside time to prepare for interviews - although admittedly this is difficult to do as it is hard to know what the interviewer will ask. There are resources on the web to help you prepare. You should definitely start there.
