I had a quick 30 minutes call with another Senior Analyst. He was few minutes late to the call. From starting of the interview he seemed to be absent minded, never discussed the role or anything about the company. For some reason he pretended that he didnt care about the interview at all. When I asked him to elaborate on the role or the culture of the company he kept saying "change is constant". For someone who mentioned change so much he never changed his answer to anything else. He kept looking at his other screen and smiling to slacks
