Behavioral/Scenario-Based Questions Genpact places a strong emphasis on client handling and adaptability, so expect behavioral questions. The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
