The process was consisted of one phone call in the language which you applied for. I was asked some simple questions just to prove that I know the language. I also had an English test of vocabulary and grammar and the final step was a Genpact assessment, where I was put in some specific situations related to work and how would I act in those situations, there is no correct answer.
