I applied through naukri...first round was hr round. .tell me about yourself...Y u want join genpact...how u r different from others..he ask, how is your project related with the this job...wat r ur strengths..etc... I was selected.. 2nd round was aptitude test..it was a AMCAT test..14 mins...14 qustns...at least we have to attend 10 quns..it may b wrong or right..But must attend 10 quns...i cleared 2nd round too.. Then again some personnel qustns..i cleared & i got offer letter..
