There will be 3 round and trust me that was very normal. Anyone can crack the interview. All you have to do is be calm while giving the interview and you are good to go.

Not a standardized framework. Lack of structure. They should revise their interview script. should update interview process. Moving to structured, scenario-based questions will better evaluate practical skills, reduce bias, and identify top talent more effectively.

Easy to crack basic Digital Marketing Concepts and Behavioral questions. Simple questions asked related to keyword. Negative keywords and few situations. Basic Digital marketing questions. Company policies and documenting process.
