I had the interview with 3 people, it was relatively easy, I narrated the experience, I gave a small Excel test, the typical questions followed: why me, why Genpact, and after 2 days I was called for the language test which consist of a usual conversation. I passed all the tests.

Pésimo, te cortan la llamada no vuelven a marcar y no dan seguimiento. Además de ser una agencia de outsourcing en la cual maquillan con prestaciones básicas como si fueran mayores

I had a virtual interview,with about four people. It was comfortable and encouraging.I was mainly asked question about my previous work history .I received feedback from the company within 2 weeks.
