First, your resume goes for screening and then you have to give a telephonic interview to check your MTI. And then you have to give an aptitude test over the computer. If you pass all these criteria then the last round is Operation Manager round.

Entretien
The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
