I had applied for this position through Naukri and within 2 days I received a call from the HR, who sits at Noida. She asked about my profile, current and expected CTC and NP and scheduled for an initial telephonic screening. I cleared the screening, which was followed by a written test and a managerial round, all of them went pretty good. I was told I was selected for the final HR round. I waited for a week and called the HR, but she didn't bother to answer my call. I then came to know from the interviewer that the position is ON HOLD. My question is, is it very difficult for the recruiters to clearly share the status to the candidate instead of keeping them await for an eternity?
