firstly i went to the office . there was three round but all the staff is quite irresponsible . I think they all were too lazy to take the next process ahead . They are not at all quick to give the results . I got a phone call for interview many times but when i reached at genpact for documentation and Interview . I get the same things as usual on wait and postpone all the time for next time just only with silly excuses like Missing of pan card etc . When i bring my pan card then again i have to wait for the things and again get postponed for the next day .
This is really very disgusting and total waste of time . Less of activeness in staff members . Less of punctuality in work , quick decision .
