Entretien
First I was selected from my university through an Amcat aptitude test.
Next they gave us lecture sessions on credit risk management theoretically.
Finally on the day of recruitment for internship, we had to sit for an MCQ test, where the questions were based on the lecture sessions given to me by Genpact, with no negative marking.
Next came the GD round. We had to discuss on two separate topics in the GD round.
The combined score of the MCQ test and the GD round was the parameter to determine whether you will pass on to the last round i.e. the Interview round.
The divided the selected candidates based on their class 12 background.
The commerce guys were interviewed separately and the non-commerce separately.
I was from the non-commerce background.
In the interview round I was first asked by the interviewers about my background in bachelors course and many other personal information, only to get familiarized with the process and to chuck off nervousness.
Next in the interview they asked me questions on basic Econometric Theory..
After that they gave me a case study to solve then and there.
After which they asked me to wait until the results were declared.
Finally I was selected for the internship.
First level is typing and then communications skills which enables org to screen the appropriate candidates for the suitable positions this is really a good way of interview procedure it provides a great experience for both employers and employees
