The interview process was extremely long winded taking over 4 weeks for a supposed 4 rounded interview. Initially I felt pretty good about the initial screening by the recruiter. He was cool, calm and collected and he made the style of the interview more of a conversation instead of an interrogation. The second interview was with my potential manager who was also very calm and friendly and I felt good about this interview. However, the third round was when it turned bad. It was the peer interview. Both peers were nervous which made me nervous, there was no back and forth it was just both of them firing questions and was less of a "get to know you" and what is the work like. It was really off putting.

If you’re considering this, just think again. Red flags during T/A screening such as not providing salary range and was unsure about team structure and dynamics or what hybrid ratio the role would entail. Hiring manager wasn’t any better of an experience, describing challenges with managing up to executive team and at times feeling helpless. Appreciated her candour but not something you should discuss in an interview and honestly not sure if it was a ploy to discourage certain candidates from wanting to progress. I also did not appreciate being told I would move to the next round only to be told a week later that I wouldn’t be progressing for being “too detailed” in my interview responses.
