Entretien
Phase one had a test followed by two sets of interviews, one with a set of senior engineers the other with juniors. The second phase had me meet with the team leads of where my application had landed as well as HR for those softball type questions.
The technical people were focused mostly on technical content but there was still a good mix for my less technical, people skills to shine.
I was contacted by the interviewer by email. She got my email from my Linkedin. We had one interview and then three months after they replied me saying that they have reviewed my application and it will no longer be considered. It was a really nice interview though very conducive environment. It was more like a friend chat and that made me very relaxed and confident.
Straightforward, not too difficult. Feedback was pretty quick. The recruiter got back to me within a week or so. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. To be or not to be?
First round is a general call with recruiter, just chat about your experience and about the role.
Second is a 1hr semi technical interview with hiring manager. Goes over your CV, experience, stuff related to the role.
Third is a Technical take home test.
Fourth and final is a review of technical take home test with Hiring manager and senior devs.
