Rating it neutral despite being a frustrated candidate.
- HR ROUND OF SCREENING
- ONLINE TEST OF 21 QUESTION mix of SQL, Python and GCP
- Onsite round with managers in a drive format where they will expect a 15year experienced guy to write SQL for converting JSON format column into a table of 2 columns(basically a key to column and value to row values). They have created question bank. It is a hands on role so expect that they will say we need someone who can guide the team. However it is clear that they are forming a team to get a project from US so that they can make their seniors happy.
They have more than double digit positions to be filled in.

They will not go into depth of your knowledge and approach instead they will try to see if he/she has handson. They have employees joined all over the place from fintech as managers so these managers want to delegate their work to this team so that they can atleast have some relaxation which is clearly visible.
