Initial phone call with the hiring manager which lasted between 30-45 minutes. Mostly behavioral and personality situational questions and background questions. A virtual 3 hour interview with hiring manager, direct co-worker, other peers, and high up technology individual. Many behavioral and situational questions and little to no technical questions.
