Interesting group interview process. Definitely had to adjust to that format. While I did not get the position, I felt the process was well designed and a challenging experience for young academics. Good job of leaving a presence on campus with their interview and recruiting events,

It was clear during this interview that the General Mills staff were aiming to recruit people who would later serve as interns, and then perhaps employees. There were mini versions of behavioral, practicum, group, and resume interviews. There was also an online test that would determine if you were a right fit for the company.
