I had a 20min phone screening on a Thursday with someone from the team, he was very friendly to talk to. The following Tuesday HR reached out via email to congratulate me for making it to the next round and set up 2 in-person 1:1 interview along with online personality (Hogan) and SHL Deductive Reasoning assessments. The in-person interviews were 30-mins each. Everyone was very kind and it was a positive experience.

Basic stuff that you can google. Nothing is that hard or will take hours to prepare for. If you're somewhat qualified for the job and can articulate yourself well, you'll be highly considered for a hire.
