Several steps, applied online, chatted with the hiring manager for 30 mins, then into HQ for a speed-dating set of interviews with key stakeholders armed with specific and unique questions. The HR/recruiting team was lovely - actively communicative and clear about next steps. All went smoothly and was a positive experience excepting a very frustrating and extended delay from the pre-employment agency taking nearly a month to confirm.
