First was a phone interview, basic behavior questions. I was called back the next week that they would like me for an onsite interview at the plant. Interviewed at the plant with multiple 1 hour interviews with 2-3 people. Each person has a specific set of behavior based interview questions. The curve ball is the technical questions. They give you a process situation with a quality related problem and ask what you would do to solve it. The pre-onsite also includes personality assessments and when you arrive you take a Wonderlic Exam. If you make it through the onsite the next step is a corporate interview in Minneapolis. This involves a tour of the campus and 3-5 interviews each an hour long. Most of these interviews are with Directors. Next step is an offer if they are making one. The background check for me took over 3 weeks, just as a warning. Overall the process was a pleasant one. The questions were all behavioral except for the technical ones which I found challenging and interesting. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. They all seemed to love their jobs and generally seemed excited about learning about you and deciding if you were a fit for the company. The interview process is intense but from what I hear the company is definitely worth it.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

A tank to hold a tomato sauce and meatballs was scaled up from a pilot plant scale to full process scale. The tank discharges into small foil packages of sauce and meatballs. However, when the tank was scaled up to full process scale the meatballs were found to float on top and the packages were only getting filled with sauce but no meatballs. What would you propose to solve this problem?

Screening interview with recruiter than another phone interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, brought on site for 3 hour interview with stakeholders of the plant. Fairly easy interview, asked behavioral questions and were very thorough on offering what the expectations of the role were and compensation provided.

I had a skype interview and heard back a week later that they wanted to do an in-person. It was scheduled a week later. Before the in-person interview they had me take a personality test and problem-solving test. The interview was 4 1/2 hours. There were four one-on-one interviews and a lunch with a current employee in the role. It was nice having lunch with the employee because I was able to ask more about what she did and the environment of the company. The interviewers themselves were very friendly. I was pretty intimidated going into it, but it honestly wasn't as bad as I expected. Just about all of the questions were STAR based about situations I've been in before. I only had one technical question about food science. I received a call three days later with an offer. Whole time from when I was notified I had a skype interview to the offer was 23 days. HR did a great job of communicating with me and answering any questions I had.
