My first interview was with a recruiter. I then received an email along with interviewing prep tips from their HR recruiting manger inviting me to come onsite to headquarters in Golden Valley for a super day. Once I arrived, I was greeted by an HR recruiting assistant who escorted me to conference room. From there, I was interviewed individually by three managers. I was provided a candid overview of the company’s goals and objectives regarding Agile as well as the expectations of my role. The interview questions were primarily behavioral based on past experience sprinkled with a few hypothetical questions. I was also allowed time to ask questions. Next, I was greeted by a knowledge manager and provided a tour of the facility. The manager bought me a cup of coffee at Caribou and proceeded to answer any outstanding questions that I had. Lastly, I interviewed with the HR manager who went into more detail regarding the company culture and opportunities within the company. It was a very pleasant experience. I found the employees to be warm, friendly and gracious.
