Received rejection email from my online application, then, several months later, I received an email about the same role, stating they were excited to learn more, asked me to complete the phenom video assessment, and they'd keep me updated on the status. I went through the process, sent follow-up emails, and never heard another word. Overall, it's a cold process with no human interaction and zero responses from the recruiter.
