It was smooth! Fell out of my chair though, which was awkward. But they were nice about it. It happened twice, talk about bad luck! My fault for using a chair I found at GoodWill. Lesson learned.

Former GE Recruitment leader is inspiring and first experience on flexible work schedule. It starts with phone screen and fly out for site interview. There are several more interviews after that on the phone with stakeholders but relaviely easy

Two rounds of discussions and the discussions were cool. The Interviewers were very polite and allowed me to answer the questions with a comfort zone, which helped me to crack the discussions.
