I applied through school campus and they called me 5 months later for an interview. I expected certain behavioural questions even though it was an engineering position. But it was 99% technical. They want to hire the best of the best technically, maybe not in terms of other soft skills.

Nothing in particular, they start with basic technical questions to see what the candidate knows and go further as the interviewee demonstrates knowledge.

Entretien
Oncampus. GE POWER.
Round 1: online exam. It had 3 sections-20quantz, 20 reasoning, 10 English questions. Time limit 50minutes.
Round 2: Technical Interview. Panel had 2 members.
Interview went for 25minutes. Questions asked were based on your domain of interest.
Round 3. HR round. Panel had only 1 member. Around 15minutes.

I had a phone screening interview that immediately went to a request for on-site in Milwaukee. I had a quick interview that was a panel interview with a former EEDP and a current. I gave a presentation and answered some questions afterwards.
