Applied on website. Was sent an email about an interview. Had a phone interview with a HR professional that went well. She recommended i talk to the plant manager. i was right before a holiday so they usually do it in person but opted for over the phone. I did not get the job but i thought it was a good process and they were really good about keeping me informed and answering my questions.

It was amazing. Thorough interview process on day to day expectations as well as a tour of the facility and auxiliary components of the business. Would recommend working there to all people seeking a career in the aviation industry
