Three step process interview with HR, Finance Manager and Finance Leader. It was pretty challenging, but most of the questions are behavioral. The goal is that they get to know you and want to see if you are for for the program.

Basic interview process. Questions they asked: 1) tell me about yourself; 2) what are your strengths; 3) what are your weaknesses; 4) case-related questions that challenge your thought process. The interviewers were enthusiastic.

Phone screening by HR TA followed by assessment center (consisting of short accounting quiz, case study&group presentation & panel interview with HR & Finance managers) ending with a panel CFO case study presentation

Multiple rounds of interviews. Each round consisting of 2-3 30 minute interviews with managerial level employees. They also bring you in for super day which consists of meeting other FMPs and FMP's global leaders.
