It took around a month for the local HR person to call me after submitting my resume. Once called, I had a short phone interview followed by an in-person interview the next week. The in-person interview consisted of one hour sitting side by side with a current Distributor Solutions Specialist, followed by an interview with the HR manager and a roleplay with the Quality Assurance manager. I was offered the job on the spot after the on-site interviews.
