Appied online, for IT tech support Lodz, Poland. Couple of days after that one telephone interview, with basic IT related questions and some situational practice. If you have a little IT background with some coustomer service background it's very easy to pass.
The only disadvantage is the very-very low salary.
Working tier 1 IT tech support can be exhausting and stressful.
For the salary they offer it's absolutely not worth it.
