J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Frontiers (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2021
Entretien
My initial impression was a good one and my final interview went well but the senior member of staff in this interview contributed very little and didn't seem engaged. I wasn't really feeling at ease but felt I had engaged well with the other interviewers nonetheless and the overall feelings were positive. I came out feeling like I had done the best I could. Unfortunately after two weeks I hadn't heard and sent an email asking for an update, though I knew realistically I had been unsuccessful! I was told that I demonstrated a clear and detailed knowledge of the company and the role and ultimately the team enjoyed speaking with me but, while they thought I could communicate well, I didn't show it enough in the interview and therefore I didn't get the job. If this is true, it seems like perhaps there is very little wiggle room for nerves. I was disappointed with the feedback as it didn't feel very fair.

First round of interviews. It was a call with a recruiter and the head of HR. Both were nice. They mostly asked about my previous experience and why I want to work for review operations. Gave me some advice if I moved on to the next round of interviews. Lasted about 20 minutes.
