I got the worst interview experience of my life. TBH this company don't want to hire any QA. They are just running a promotional campaign where their recruiters call QA, give big words like we are google of Chennai, we can offer you more than your expectations and what not. Later on when you will go for interview, their interviews will reject you for no reason. My interviewer gave me a DP question and when I started giving him multiple approaches he started shouting at me saying just solve the problem. Interview should be a 2 way thing, he shouted at me and didn't even discuss me that what is the approach. I solved the problem also before time but was ghosted by HR. After a week I sent an email to HR about my candidature and I got a standard reject template. I sent an email for a detailed feedback for which I have not yet got any response.

I have mixed opinions about the whole process but I will try keeping this short. First, I agree with most of the reviews written here, it felt like they do not want to hire anyone and are just here for the sake of it. My interviewer was no different. He came prepared with a mindset of "One problem can only have only solution". Having this mindset, that too during an interview is wrong in my personal opinion. To every question that he asked, I provided solutions which were acceptable. But he was adamant to hear the answer that HE was expecting. What a joke. After an hour and half of interview, and answering almost 90% of the questions he asked, he said there would be another round just to test you more. I was okay with it as I knew I lagged behind in some fields. But BAMM! Rejection mail in a week. Unsure what exactly they are looking for. The HR, however, was good and was prompt to schedule the interview. Note: If you are about to interview here, do give it a try, do not let the reviews stop you. But observing all the fellow reviews and my own personal experience, the company do have this problem that they need to address.
