La entrevista tiene varias etapas. Estarás en contacto con alguien, y te harán preguntas sobre tu nivel de estudios, tu plan de carrera, la razón por la que serías un buen candidato y que habilidades tienes (técnicas y soft skills). Hay al menos 2-3 exámenes técnicos dependiendo la campaña que te toque y tendrás que hacer pruebas psicometricas. Durante la entrevista deberás mostrar tu habilidad con el Ingles y en relación a tu campaña.

The interview overall was good , it was a video interview that had all the question needed for them to understand the employee they wanted and if he or she had everything they wanted in a bilingual customer service representative
Exhaustive, they call you and for the second interview make you an appointment that they are going to cancel it a lot of times, the first time they make you know that the interview is going to be moved but then if the supervisor or whatever didn't go to the meeting they aren't going to tell you a single new about your process until you finally reach that appointment, could be weeks or could be months.

Entretien
The interview and the whole hiring process were simple, fast, and without too many interviewers. The staff was always kind. The only con is that the process took too long for us could start working.
