The interview process was really not much of an interview process at all. I applied to the position, First, I received the email asking me to schedule. It took a long time to find an available time to find an open time slot. I scheduled it and then when the time came, we had a phone chat about the position and I was offered the job on the spot. They asked me a few questions about customer service, tell me about a time when, etc. Very easy and short.
